An incentive that buys you a booked slot

“Book an appointment today and receive $25 off.”

For service businesses a coupon is only half a result — a filled calendar is the whole one. This promotion collects the booking intent along with the claim, then reminds the customer before they are due so the slot does not evaporate.

What the customer sees

From scan to reward, step by step

No app, no account, no download. The whole journey happens in a mobile browser on your branded page.

  1. Claims the incentive from a QR card, a pop-up or a re-marketing message.

  2. Picks a service from the list you configured.

  3. Either submits a booking request form or is handed straight to your existing scheduler.

  4. Receives the incentive code tied to the booking.

  5. Gets an automatic reminder the configured number of hours before the appointment.

How to set it up

Configured in the builder, live the same day

  1. Choose the hand-off

Request form if you want the lead in Promotedly, or a booking link if your scheduler is the system of record.

  2. List your services

Up to twelve service options so the request arrives already qualified.

  3. Set the incentive

Dollar off, percentage off, a free add-on service, or none at all if the offer is the appointment itself.

  4. Set the reminder

Anywhere from one hour to a week before. Twenty-four hours is the default and the usual no-show killer.

  5. Deploy

Works everywhere, but the highest-intent placement is a pop-up on your services page.

What you can configure

  • Discount or incentive
  • Service options
  • Appointment window
  • New or existing customers
  • Booking URL or in-platform request form
  • Expiration
  • Number of available appointments
  • Automatic reminder timing

Why it works

It converts a discount into a scheduled commitment, which is a far better asset than a coupon sitting in somebody's inbox. The reminder is the part that pays for the promotion, because no-shows are the real cost in service businesses.

Questions

Appointment promotion questions

Does this replace my booking software?
Only if you want it to. In link mode Promotedly captures the customer and the consent, then hands them to your existing scheduler. In request-form mode we collect the service, the preferred window and the contact details for you to confirm.
Will the reminder go by text or email?
Whichever channels the customer consented to, with text preferred when a phone number and SMS consent are on file. Reminders are transactional rather than marketing messages, and they are sent through the same dispatcher as everything else so they are logged and rate-limited.
Can I limit how many discounted appointments I give away?
Yes. Set a total number of available appointments and the promotion closes itself when they are gone, which keeps a popular offer from swallowing a whole week of your calendar at a discount.
