What you are actually paying for

What counts as a customer?
One person in your rewards database, counted once no matter how many promotions they claim. The count is per account, so if you run more than one brand from the same account they share the allowance. Deleted customers stop counting.
What happens if I go over my customer limit?
New claims pause until you upgrade, and the campaign shows a graceful closed message rather than an error. Nothing in your existing database is deleted or hidden, and the portal tells you exactly which plan you need.
What is a campaign type slot?
Every plan includes one active campaign type. If you want a scratch card on the table and a referral offer running by email at the same time, that is two types, so you would add the three-slot bundle at $24 a month. Slots are about how many types run concurrently, not how many campaigns you create.
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. No card, no trial clock. It covers one active campaign type and your first 100 customers, and it does not include offer campaigns. It is enough to print a card, collect real claims and decide whether the paid tiers are worth it.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
At any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and partial months are not pro-rated. You can export your full customer list before you go.
Do you charge per message sent?
No. Email and SMS re-marketing are part of the platform on plans that include offer campaigns, within fair-use limits that exist to protect deliverability rather than to meter you.
Is there a discount for multiple locations?
Locations are part of one brand profile and do not cost extra — the plan is priced on the size of your customer database, so a five-location restaurant on 1,400 customers pays the same as a single site with 1,400 customers.
