The wheel everybody stops to spin

“Spin the wheel — one spin per customer.”

Spin-to-win is the pop-up that people actually interact with instead of dismissing. Same weighted prize engine as scratch cards, different theatre, and it sits particularly well on a website where you have a few seconds of attention to win.

What the customer sees

From scan to reward, step by step

No app, no account, no download. The whole journey happens in a mobile browser on your branded page.

  1. Sees the wheel pop up on your site or opens it from a QR card.

  2. Enters the details you require to unlock the spin.

  3. Taps spin; the wheel animates and lands on the server-decided slice.

  4. Gets the prize code, the fine print and the expiry.

  5. Opts into your rewards program.

How to set it up

Configured in the builder, live the same day

  1. Set the slices

Two to twelve prizes with weights totalling 100%. Slices render in your brand colours.

  2. Pick a wheel style

Classic, modern or confetti. Modern is the default and is the calmest of the three.

  3. Set spins per customer

One to five. One is standard; more than two dilutes the prize pool quickly.

  4. Protect scarce prizes

Give the best slices a finite inventory so the wheel cannot over-award them.

  5. Deploy

Paste the pop-up snippet into your site template, and choose whether it fires on entry, on exit intent or after a delay.

What you can configure

  • Prize slices and labels
  • Probability per slice
  • Spins per customer
  • Wheel style and brand colours
  • Per-prize inventory
  • Required customer information
  • Expiration and redemption rules

Why it works

A wheel converts because it looks like a game and costs nothing to play. On a website it out-performs a plain discount modal consistently, and because the odds are yours, the average payout can be well under the headline prize.

The outcome for this promotion is decided on our server before the customer sees it, so the prize cannot be forced from the browser.

Questions

Spin-to-win questions

Can I make the wheel match my brand?
Yes. The accent, ink and surface colours, the corner style and the wheel style all come from your brand theme, and the pop-up inherits them automatically so it reads as part of your site rather than a third-party widget.
Will a pop-up hurt my search rankings?
Not if it is configured sensibly. Fire it on exit intent or after a delay rather than immediately on load, keep it dismissible with a visible close button, and never cover the page on mobile before the content has rendered.
How many spins should each customer get?
One. A single spin makes the result feel final and keeps your expected cost per customer predictable. Extra spins are best used as a reward for something else, such as a referral.
